Unlike traditional retailers who store inventory in domestic warehouses for months, every item purchased on The Beauty Code is procured directly for you from authorized global brand platforms overseas upon order confirmation. We handle international fulfillment on your behalf.

Delivery Options & Timelines We offer two flexible delivery tiers tailored to your schedule:

• Express Shipping (7–14 Business Days): Expedited air freight for priority orders, ensuring fast international transit and prompt customs processing.

• Standard Shipping (14–28 Business Days): Cost-effective international shipping for non-urgent beauty restocks.

Order Tracking & Local Courier Dispatch
Once your shipment arrives in Egypt and completes customs inspection, you will receive an automated tracking update via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. Our trusted local courier partners will then contact you to coordinate convenient delivery to your residential or commercial address. Please ensure all contact information and delivery addresses provided at checkout are complete and accurate to prevent local transit delays.

Important Payment & Order Information:

To process your direct international order, pre-payment is required via InstaPay, Telda, or Vodafone Cash. Because every product is custom-imported specifically to fulfill your request, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, broken, or defective makeup products reported within 7 days with photos.
