Exchanges Only:
- Returns and Exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
Eligible Returns:
- Makeup products that are damaged, broken, or defective during shipping.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product.
Exchanges:
- If you receive the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct item.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange or Return:

- Include your order number and photos of the product (if damaged).
