We’ll update you once your order ships from the U.S. and again when it arrives in Egypt. You’ll always know where your products are.

Why shipping takes so long?

Because we work differently than local stores. Instead of stocking products in advance, we collect your orders first, then:

  1. We place one big order directly from Sephora, e.l.f., Rhode, and other U.S. retailers.
  2. Your products are shipped in bulk to Egypt.
  3. Once the shipment arrives, we sort and deliver across Egypt.

This process keeps prices much lower than buying individually with high international shipping costs — while guaranteeing everything is 100% authentic.

Can i pay Cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, you can! However orders starting from 2,000LE have to be paid online

Are there taxes or customs applied to orders?

There are no taxes or customs applied to any orders inside Egypt.

Can I test a product then purchase it?

Since all our items are pre-ordered from the U.S., we don’t keep stock available for testing. This allows us to offer the lowest prices and widest product range.
