What are the delivery options and shipping timelines?

Because all items are imported as direct custom orders, we offer two shipping speeds to your doorstep anywhere in Egypt:
Express Shipping: 7–14 business days.
Standard Shipping: 14–28 business days.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept pre-payments using InstaPay, Telda, or Vodafone Cash. Because every parcel is custom-ordered specifically for each customer from abroad, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
